To Reserve A Suite: Potential Buyers interested in reserving a suite will be provided with a Preliminary Public Report and will be asked to complete a Reservation Instrument. A 5% refundable reservation deposit is required.
Use Restrictions: Owners will be able to use their condominium suite for up to 25 days in any 50 day period. Owner usage may not exceed 90 days annually. Other policies and restrictions will be provided with the purchase materials.
Fees: Owners,when in residence, are subject to TOT and cleaning fees after departure. Daily cleaning and meal fees are optional if the owner desires these services. There will also be a homeowners association fee based on the association budget.
